What we collect
When you place an order or subscribe, we collect your name, postal address, email address and phone number. Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your orders, keep you updated on their status, answer your questions, and — only if you consent — send you news about new drops.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to complete your order: our hosting provider (Shopify), our payment provider, and the carriers and suppliers who ship your parcel.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your data. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (the CNIL in France).
