You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no reason needed.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.
How to return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. You will get an email confirmation.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the replacement or full refund, shipping included — no questions asked.
