Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Delivery time
Please read before ordering. Our pieces are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner. Delivery takes 8–18 business days after dispatch. We would rather be upfront about this than surprise you: if you need something for next week, we are not the right shop.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or reach us through the contact page.
Shipping costs
Any shipping fees are shown at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Delays and lost parcels
If your parcel is unusually late or never arrives, contact us. We open a case with the carrier and sort out a reshipment or a full refund.
Customs
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
